Job description

We are looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented Shuttle Driver to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and highly productive.Responsibilities
  • Maintain good personal appearance at all times; wear proper uniform and name tag as prescribed by the hotel.
  • Demonstrates and promotes a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests.
  • Comprehend and abide by all traffic regulations.
  • Load and transport guest luggage cart for guests arriving and departing. Provide storage for guest luggage if necessary.
  • Assist with luggage-handling process for group arrivals and departures
  • Maintain a clear drive-up / drop off area by managing traffic flow to allow main hotel entrance accessibility ensuring ample space for passengers and luggage loading and unloading.
  • Maintain clean appearance of vehicle
  • Ensure all vehicle maintenance is up to date and report any mechanical issues immediately
  • Report vehicle incidents immediately
  • Report missing, damaged, or broken hotel property to supervisor or Front Desk immediately upon finding.
  • Offers guest assistance when needed whenever possible.
  • Greets guests when in visible contact and displays a friendly attitude with a smile under all circumstances.
  • Cleans break room, guest laundry, vending and other areas assigned.
  • Complies with all safety and security policies in accordance with company standards.
  • Cross train as Front Desk, Laundry Attendant/Houseman to provide assistance during down periods.
  • Embraces the utmost integrity and moral work ethic.
  • Work as a team and possess a can-do attitude.
  • Additional duties from a supervisor/hotel manager will be assigned as necessary.
