Bellmen/Shuttle Driver
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85008
Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Bellmen/Shuttle Driver to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with their luggage and transporting them safely and efficiently between designated locations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a valid driver's license.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival and departure.
  • Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage and personal belongings.
  • Operate shuttle vehicles safely to transport guests between hotel, airport, and other designated locations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of shuttle vehicles.
  • Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and directions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
  • Report any vehicle maintenance issues or incidents to management immediately.
  • Assist with other guest services duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry luggage safely.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the Phoenix area and surrounding locations is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
