Employee Shuttle Driver

Cape Cod's only double Forbes Five-Star resort is seeking a professional and dependable Employee Shuttle Driver to safely transport team members between resort-operated employee housing and the resort. This role is critical to supporting overall resort operations by ensuring employees arrive to work safely, punctually, and prepared to deliver exceptional service. The Employee Shuttle Driver represents Wequassett's culture of care, professionalism, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely transport employees between designated employee housing locations and the resort in accordance with established shuttle schedules.
  • Maintain strict punctuality to support departmental staffing requirements and daily operations.
  • Operate shuttle vehicles safely in all weather, traffic, and seasonal conditions.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professional presentation of all shuttle vehicles.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections, including monitoring fuel levels, fluid levels, tire condition, and overall vehicle safety.
  • Coordinate refueling and basic vehicle servicing, including transporting vehicles to approved gas stations and service centers for fueling, fluid top-offs, oil changes, and routine maintenance as directed.
  • Accurately follow resort procedures for billing, receipts, and documentation related to vehicle fueling and servicing.
  • Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or operational delays promptly to Front Office leadership.
  • Communicate clearly with management regarding shuttle schedules, route changes, or service interruptions.
  • Treat all employees with courtesy, professionalism, and respect at all times.
  • Adhere to all resort policies, safety protocols, and Front Office operational standards.
  • Assist with additional transportation or operational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous driving or transportation experience preferred.
  • Experience in a resort, hospitality, or large-scale operation environment preferred.
  • Strong reliability, time-management, and attention to safety.
  • Comfortable operating vehicles and coordinating routine servicing needs.

Hourly Rate: $19.00 – $20.00
