Shuttle drivers may also provide customer service, answer questions about routes or schedules, and adhere to all traffic and safety regulations.

What disqualifies you from being a bus driver?

For a shuttle driver, disqualifications typically include a poor driving record, such as multiple traffic violations or a DUI, as well as a lack of proper licensing like a valid commercial driver's license (CDL). Additionally, failing background checks, medical exams, or drug tests can disqualify candidates from becoming a bus or shuttle driver.
