About the Positions

ATS Traffic Calgary is looking for part-time Seasonal Shuttle Drivers to join our team for the 2026 Flagging season! This role will be responsible for safely delivering and picking up staff from a designated location in Calgary and shuttling them to the job in Lake Louise in Banff National Park. The season for directing traffic with Parks Canada runs through May 15, to October 26, 2026.

  • Load and unload van with supplies and equipment
  • Conduct employee pickups in an efficient manner and “on-time, error free"
  • Ensure company van is clean inside and out
  • Operate the vehicle with the utmost care with safety in mind at all times in all variable weather and road conditions
  • Maintain daily vehicle inspection trip logs to ensure vehicle is in great condition
  • Report any maintenance requirements

Our ideal candidates have experience driving a shuttle for longer periods of time. They are mechanically inclined and can make minor repairs and troubleshoot issues.

  • A valid (non-graduated) Class 5 driver’s license and clean 3-year driving abstract is required.

  • Familiarity with city and surrounding areas is an asset
