At Colwell Motors of Mason City, we work hard to keep our customers happy by providing exceptional service-and that starts with a great shuttle experience. We're looking for a Shuttle Driver to help transport customers between the dealership, home, and work while their vehicles are being serviced. This role is a key part of the customer experience. You'll greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, provide safe and reliable transportation, and help keep our dealership running smoothly. When not driving, you'll assist with light lot duties, vehicle movement, and general upkeep around the dealership. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys driving, meeting people, staying active, and being part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner
  • Safely transport customers to and from the dealership
  • Help customers enter and exit shuttle vehicles as needed
  • Maintain a punctual and organized shuttle schedule
  • Keep shuttle vehicles clean and presentable inside and out
  • Move vehicles between the lot, service drive, and showroom
