Responsibilities
- Safely transport customers to and from their home, workplace, or other destinations while their vehicle is being serviced
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in entering and exiting the shuttle vehicle
- Coordinate with the service department and dispatcher to stay on schedule and adapt to route changes
- Maintain a trip log including passenger names, pick-up points, and destinations
- Communicate with the service manager or dispatcher regarding any maintenance needs for the shuttle vehicle
- Keep the shuttle vehicle clean, fueled, and in good working order
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor as a representative of the dealership
- Assist with other service department tasks - such as moving vehicles on the lot or light administrative duties - when not actively running routes
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be willing to submit to a Motor Vehicle Report background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
