What license do you need to drive a shuttle bus?

A shuttle bus driver typically needs a commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger endorsement to operate a shuttle bus legally. Requirements may vary by state or country, but a CDL is generally necessary for driving larger vehicles that carry passengers. Additional certifications or training may also be required depending on the employer or jurisdiction.

What is the highest paying bus driver?

Salary can also increase with seniority, union membership, and additional responsibilities.

Some drivers may work for a medical institution or a government agency responsible for shuttling passengers who require special accommodations and transport, such as elderly home residents or citizens with mobility issues. Your responsibilities include following all transportation laws and safety protocols and helping passengers who need assistance with baggage or getting on and off your bus.

Is being a shuttle driver hard?
