Description:
  • Develop exception handling procedures, handling standards, and prevent recurrence.
  • Issue an abnormal contact form/shutdown disposal form for the abnormal level; Record abnormal events to ensure their traceability.
  • Organize relevant departments to conduct anomaly analysis, correction, and confirmation of measures to reduce the recurrence of anomalies.
  • Product process control, develop corresponding product related SPC according to QCP documents.
  • Process change confirmation, process change product first piece/sample confirmation.
  • Lead the optimization and quality improvement of various processes and related improvements.
  • Drive and execute internal quality improvement projects within the department.
  • Responsible for training and assessment of skills improvement for IPQC inspectors, guiding their operation methods.
  • Quality awareness training for quality department personnel.
  • Cooperate to complete the annual training related work of the Quality Department.
  • Customer complaint analysis and return handling, follow-up.
  • Implementation and follow-up response of customer complaint improvement measures.
  • Supervise the implementation of safety operating procedures in our department.
  • Stop and correct behaviors that violate command rules, force risky operations, and violate operating procedures.
  • Ensure smooth approval of process and customer service audits during customer and third-party audits.
  • Other tasks arranged by the leader.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree majoring in science and engineering related fields
  • More than 3 years of quality management experience, 2 years of work experience in the same position, with industry work experience preferred.
  • Familiar with the process flow, possessing the ability to handle anomalies, and having good written expression skills.
  • Proficient in using the seven quality techniques and quality tools such as 8D reports.
  • Strong pressure resistance, diligent and meticulous work, proactive, and a strong sense of work responsibility.
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Able to sit, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time during shift.
