  • Lead projects involving drain line replacement, trenching, and lining systems within operational facilities.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project schedule and quality standards are met.
  • Enforce strict compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards, including OSHA, FDA, and USDA as applicable.
  • Collaborate with plant operations to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
  • Maintain daily site logs, schedules, and reporting for project transparency.
  • Facilitate site meetings and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
  • Identify and proactively resolve field issues to keep projects on track and within budget.
Required Experience
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Superintendent in industrial, manufacturing, or food and beverage environments.
  • Proven track record of working in active operating facilities.
  • Hands-on experience with drain and pipe replacement, pipe lining and trenchless systems (CIPP), concrete cutting and pour backs, trenching, and underground utilities.
  • Strong understanding of phased construction and shutdown coordination.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in food and beverage, pharmaceutical, or GMP-regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of sewer systems, wastewater infrastructure, and plant maintenance upgrades.
  • Background in managing national rollouts or multi-site programs.
  • Engage in specialized, high-demand projects within critical manufacturing settings.
  • Gain exposure to national clients and complex facility operations.
  • Benefit from a robust pipeline of work and opportunities for career advancement.
