What You Will Do as a Shrink Wrap Operator:

  • Associates will assist in all phases of both shipping and receiving processes in the Hi-Bay area.
  • Associates must be able to repetitively lift, push, or pull up to 30 lbs. consistently.
  • Associates need to demonstrate quality communication and organization.
  • Associates must be willing to work in a non-climate-controlled environment, cold in the winter and hot in the summer.
  • The individual needs to be energetic and follow all safety rules and guidelines.
  • Primary responsibilities will be shrink-wrapping palletized products, utilizing the shrink-wrap machine, plus loading trailers on the shipping dock as needed.
  • Verify boxes on skids to BOL's and shrink wrap skids of boxes
  • Work closely with the Shipping Specialist to ensure accuracy and good quality
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment that shows pride in Workwear Outfitters and is worth sharing with visitors.

HOURS: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Some overtime may be required.
