The CBS Page Program has assignments within numerous departments in the CBS Broadcast Center. Tasks may include, but are not limited to: audience management, guest coordination, researching stories, ingesting news, coordinating scripts, selecting footage, performing clerical duties, and assisting staff members.

Duties vary in each department and placement is at the sole discretion of the head of the program. This is a freelance position based in NYC, on-site beginning August 2026. As a Page, you will be expected to be available on overnight and weekends, as needed. Schedule is subject to change based on client need.

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide audience management, acting as Key Page and Fireguard for CBS and outside productions
  • Logging and assigning producers on stories for CBS News broadcasts
  • Coordinating transportation as well as the arrival and departure of guests onsite
  • Providing CBS Sports Network in scheduling commercials during live broadcasts
  • Assisting various high-level executives in day-to-day admin responsibilities
  • Supporting union personnel working on various productions
  • Gain networking opportunities with staff and crew in departments throughout the company

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a communications/production or other related field
  • Efficient, adaptable, flexible
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented individual
  • Proficiency with computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge and passion for journalism/production/entertainment
  • Experience in customer service a plus
