We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Men's Formalwear Rental Showroom Associate to join our team. As a Showroom Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing an outstanding customer experience by assisting clients with style selection, fittings, and outfit coordination. You will also contribute to the overall success of our showroom by ensuring it remains organized, well-maintained, and fully stocked.


Key Responsibilities


Customer Service:

  • Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Help clients choose the perfect formalwear ensemble by offering style recommendations and size assistance
  • Conduct fittings and alterations as needed to ensure a proper fit
  • Answer customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide information about rental policies

Showroom Maintenance:

  • Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the customer experience
  • Restock and arrange rental items on display racks and shelves
  • Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs for rental items

Inventory Management:

  • Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming inventory shipments
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including sizes and styles
  • Prepare rental items for customer pick-ups and returns, ensuring they are clean and in excellent condition

Sales Support:

  • Actively engage in sales efforts, including upselling and cross-selling additional accessories or services
  • Process customer orders, reservations, and payments accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with the showroom manager to meet sales targets

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other showroom associates and the showroom manager to ensure a seamless customer experience
