Job Description
We’re looking for an Automotive Sales Associate who can communicate clearly, stay organized, and walk customers through the buying process without the typical dealership nonsense. You’ll be responsible for greeting customers, identifying their needs, presenting inventory, following up on leads, and closing deals. If you can deliver a professional, pressure free experience that builds trust fast, you’ll do well here.

Work Requirements
• Work Schedule: 8 hour shift, weekdays and Saturdays as needed
• Ability to Commute: Narragansett, RI required
• Work Location: In person

Responsibilities
• Greet customers and identify their needs quickly and professionally
• Present new and pre-owned inventory with accuracy and confidence
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features clearly
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic
• Maintain strong communication through the entire buying process
• Work with management and finance teams to finalize deals
• Keep CRM notes accurate and up to date
• Stay informed on Ford product updates, incentives, and market changes
• Deliver a buying experience that reflects the Flood Automotive standard
• Build long term customer relationships that drive repeat business

Qualifications
• Prior automotive sales experience preferred, not required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to stay organized in a fast paced environment
• Comfortable learning new technology, tools, and CRM systems
• Professional, reliable, and able to follow a structured sales process
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Self motivated with a strong work ethic
