The Mateyoke Group is hiring a Licensed Real Estate Showing Assistant to join our growing real estate team in Central Kentucky. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, licensed real estate professional who wants more hands-on experience, more opportunities to work with buyers, and a clear path toward becoming a successful Buyer Agent.
You won't be left trying to figure everything out on your own. You'll work alongside experienced, high-performing agents, gain real-world experience with active buyers, show homes throughout Central Kentucky, and build the skills needed to grow a long-term career in real estate.

What You'll Do
As a Licensed Real Estate Showing Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping buyers throughout their home-buying journey.
  • Show homes to qualified buyers throughout Central Kentucky
  • Build strong relationships through responsive, professional communication
  • Assist lead agents with buyer consultations and client follow-up
  • Provide feedback after showings and communicate with clients and team members

Responsibilities
  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
  • Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
