Job description

Established company located in Springfield, Il looking for a Mirror & Shower Door Installer to fill an immediate, full-time opening. This position installs glass shower enclosures and mirrors to new construction homes and remodel customers in Springfield and surrounding area. We are a strong organization with an excellent reputation for service and quality.

Ideal candidates should have the following characteristics:

  • Attention to detail – conduct accurate field measures
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High level of safety awareness
  • Ability to work in a team environment around other trades
  • Strong motivation to complete schedules in a timely manner without constant supervision
  • Ability to lift / carry up to 75 lbs. as needed
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Ability to complete daily work orders (written and oral)
  • Clear driving record for the past 5 years (company truck provided)
  • Remodel/construction experience of 2-3 years (finish carpentry skills)
  • Previous similar experience with enclosures preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Check and load enclosures and mirrors onto our truck, transport material to job site, unload, assemble, and install. Some service work also. Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working condition. You bring your hand tools and we will provide the rest. Monday - Friday 6:30 am to end of job; occasional Saturdays during busy times.
