Clearwater Shower Bath is a growing bathroom remodeling company delivering custom renovations across Florida. As we continue to expand, we're looking for an Operations & Purchasing Coordinator who can keep materials, vendors, inventory, and daily operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

If you're highly organized, tech-savvy, detail-obsessed, and great at keeping a lot of moving pieces on track, this could be a strong fit.

About the Role

This is a hands-on coordination role that sits at the center of our operation. You'll manage purchasing, inventory, warehouse flow, invoice processing, and operational support to help ensure every installation team has what they need, when they need it.

Success in this role requires someone who can think ahead, solve problems fast, communicate clearly, and stay accurate in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills are essential, since much of the role involves tracking orders, managing spreadsheets, processing documentation, and keeping information organized across multiple systems.

What You'll DoPurchasing & Materials Coordination
  • Review sales work orders and identify all materials needed for upcoming jobs
  • Create and submit purchase orders to vendors
  • Track orders and shipments from purchase to warehouse delivery
  • Communicate with suppliers to confirm availability, lead times, and delivery schedules
  • Coordinate with Accounting for purchase approvals
  • Resolve order issues, shortages, damaged materials, and delivery delays quickly
Inventory & Warehouse Support
  • Monitor inventory levels and help prevent shortages or overstock
  • Plan material needs based on installation schedules
  • Process pick tickets and ensure installers are fully staged for the day
  • Manage returns, claims, and defective material reporting
  • Help keep the warehouse organized, safe, and efficient
Invoicing & Administrative Support
  • Track purchasing and project-related expenses
  • Reconcile weekly operational reports
  • Support meetings, reporting, and cross-functional communication as needed
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, inventory control, warehouse operations, or a similar coordination role
  • Strong computer skills, including confidence using spreadsheets, email, digital documents, and multiple systems throughout the day
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and stay accurate in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Required Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday
