Job description

The Glass Doctor of North Texas is looking for a Shower Measure and Sales Specialist who’s not only skilled in measuring and installing shower glass, but also confident interacting with homeowners and builders and turning consultations into closed sales. This is the perfect hybrid role for someone who’s equal parts technician and people person, you’ll be the face of our company during in-home estimates and follow the job all the way to flawless install.


What You’ll Do:

  • Visit customer homes to measure shower enclosures (and anything else glass related such as mirrors, tabletops, cabinet glass, etc.)
  • Provide on-the-spot quotes and educate customers about product options
  • Sell additional services or upgrades when appropriate — and close those deals!
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with customers through transparency and quality work

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of shower glass measuring experience
  • Strong measuring (accuracy is everything)
  • Comfortable with tape measures and talking to people , you’re good with both tools and customers
  • Sales-savvy mindset with the ability to upsell services and close deals
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a desire to grow
  • Familiarity with quoting software or mobile estimating tools is a bonus
