Whether you're starting your career or bringing prior experience, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact behind the scenes as part of a growing, publicly traded medical device company. As a collaborative team player, you will help enable exceptional experiences for our sales teams and ultimately contribute to improving outcomes for patients who rely on our products. Along the way, you will build relationships across departments including warehouse operations, marketing, sales training, and finance, gaining broad exposure that can help you discover where you want to grow while advancing alongside a company built for growth. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about supporting training, marketing, and commercial initiatives.
As our Training & Marketing Materials Coordinator, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Receive shipments and maintain inventory of marketing and training supplies
  • Track marketing material requests and project status to ensure timely execution
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and distribution activities related to commercial initiatives
  • Order and manage business cards, name tags, branded merchandise, and marketing materials
  • Communicate with vendors and shipping partners to resolve delivery and logistics issues
  • Print, assemble, and prepare training and marketing materials and supporting documentation
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to update consumables, signage, and related materials
  • Coordinate training event logistics, including materials preparation, attendance tracking, communications, setup, follow-up, and documentation
  • Support Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration, training records, course assignments, and completion tracking

To be a successful Training & Marketing Materials Coordinator, you will need the following:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree is strongly preferred
  • 6-12 months of experience in a customer-facing, administrative, inventory, warehouse, logistics, or marketing support role required
  • Inventory or stock management experience/knowledge is strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, multitask effectively, and consistently deliver accurate, detail-oriented work in a fast-paced environment
  • Warm, professional communicator with excellent phone, email, and messaging skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to completing tasks
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), such as Litmos, is a bonus
