Primarily involved in creating a steady stream of content for a category of products or services that is deployed across multiple social media platforms. Plans and executes content campaigns to meet the needs of Marketing and Online Merchandising partners. Monitors social media activity, moderates discussions, and engages with community members in order to respond to customer complaints, provide informational content, and promote brands or events.
  • Assist with the setup, monitoring, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns (search, display, and video)
  • Support SEO initiatives, including keyword research, onpage optimization, and performance tracking
  • Help analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Monitor social media engagement and assist with community management
  • Research social media trends, competitors, and best practices
  • Support content creation, including captions, graphics, and shortform video ideas
  • Assist with reporting and presenting insights on campaign and social media performance
  • Provide general marketing support for ongoing projects and initiatives
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, Google tools, and social media
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or similar (coursework or handson experience preferred)
  • Basic understanding of SEO and paid media concepts is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
