We are looking for a highly creative and technically capable Brand Content Manager to lead the creation of high-impact marketing and educational content across digital channels.

Position Overview

The Brand Content Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, editing, and publishing engaging multimedia content that strengthens the Performacentric brand and generates inbound interest from prospective customers. This individual will produce SEO-optimized blog content, white papers, executive briefs, datasheets, videos, social media content, and other branded assets that support marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and thought leadership initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strong storytelling abilities with modern AI-powered content production workflows and is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Create compelling long-form and short-form content aligned with Performacentric's brand voice and target audience
  • Write SEO-optimized blog articles focused on AI, automation, operational efficiency, and business transformation
  • Develop white papers, executive guides, workshop collateral, and downloadable lead magnets
  • Design professional datasheets, presentations, infographics, and branded marketing materials
  • Create and edit video content for social media, website campaigns, product demonstrations, and promotional initiatives
  • Collaborate with leadership to transform technical concepts into business-friendly messaging
Video Production & AI Content Workflows
  • Produce AI-enhanced video content using platforms such as HeyGen and related AI video generation tools
  • Edit video footage, add motion graphics, captions, transitions, and branding elements
  • Develop scripts, storyboards, and narration for promotional and educational videos
  • Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips, social posts, and campaign assets
SEO & Digital Marketing Support
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engine visibility
  • Support website growth initiatives through ongoing content publishing
  • Help improve organic traffic, inbound lead generation, and brand awareness
  • Monitor content performance metrics and recommend optimization opportunities
Brand & Creative Design
  • Maintain consistency across all branded assets and marketing materials

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, brand management, or multimedia content creation
