Position Overview

Community Coffee is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and outgoing Brand Ambassadors to represent our brand at customer events, partner events, game day events, local community events, and other approved activations. In this role, Brand Ambassadors help create memorable coffee experiences by engaging with consumers, supporting product sampling, capturing event content, and sharing the Community Coffee story in an authentic and professional way.

The Brand Ambassador plays an important role in increasing product awareness, encouraging product trial, supporting sales opportunities, and building meaningful connections between consumers and the Community Coffee brand.


Key Responsibilities

 

  • Serve as a positive, professional, and knowledgeable representative of the Community Coffee brand at approved events and activations.
  • Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of event activation spaces, including displays, sampling areas, promotional materials, and event supplies.
  • Engage with event attendees to create a welcoming and memorable brand experience.
  • Communicate key product information accurately during sampling and consumer interactions.
  • Support product sales, brand awareness, and consumer engagement during assigned events.
  • Capture engaging photo, video, and social media content in alignment with guidance from the Digital Marketing team.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to support social media content needs and event storytelling.
  • Provide post-event recaps, feedback, photos, and observations to the Community Coffee team as requested.
  • Participate in check-ins, briefings, and event preparation discussions with Community Coffee staff.
  • Work effectively with other Brand Ambassadors, Community Coffee team members, event partners, and vendors.
  • Follow direction and guidance from the Community Coffee event lead or assigned point of contact.
  • Maintain a professional, energetic, and brand-appropriate presence at all events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support event execution and brand promotion.
  • May be asked to perform additional duties as necessary

Position Requirements

  • Preferred enrollment at a local college or university, ideally pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have availability to work nights, weekends, and event-based schedules.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with consumers, event attendees, and the public in a professional and approachable manner.
  • Enthusiasm for coffee, consumer engagement, and brand promotion.
  • Ability to work independently while following event direction and meeting expectations.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members, event partners, and Community Coffee staff.
  • Comfortable capturing basic social media content, including photos and short-form video.
  • Prior event, marketing, sales, customer service, hospitality, or ambassador experience is beneficial but not required.
