Our Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical client is seeking an experienced Quality Culture Communications & Digital Content Specialist.
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a hands-on Quality Culture Communications & Digital Content Specialist to support its global Quality Culture Initiative. This initiative is focused on building a best-in-class, patient-centric quality culture across all global sites by making quality visible, meaningful, and owned at every level of the organization.
This role will be embedded within the Quality Culture Engagement Sub-Team and will provide technical, design, multimedia, and internal communications support. The role will be responsible for building and maintaining internal SharePoint sites, creating polished presentation decks, producing short promotional and explainer videos, managing internal communications channels, and developing creative materials that help employees understand and engage with quality culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SharePoint Site Management & Technical Execution
โ€ข Build, update, and maintain pages on internal SharePoint sites, including the Quality Culture Hub and related team sites.
โ€ข Configure SharePoint layouts, web parts, navigation, news posts, and document libraries.
โ€ข Troubleshoot site issues and make iterative improvements based on stakeholder feedback.
โ€ข Draft, edit, and publish communications across SharePoint, email, Teams, and other internal channels.
โ€ข Document page templates and update procedures for ongoing use.
2. Creative Content & Multimedia Production
โ€ข Design and produce high-quality visual, presentation, and video assets aligned with Client brand standards.
โ€ข Create polished PowerPoint templates and presentation decks for quality-related events, leadership updates, and engagement activities.
โ€ข Produce short promotional and explainer videos, typically 30-90 seconds, for internal campaigns, recognition, World Quality Week, and other quality culture initiatives.
โ€ข Develop digital banners, email headers, intranet graphics, Teams backgrounds, posters, printed site materials, infographics, animated graphics, and other engagement assets.
โ€ข Create materials suitable for SharePoint embedding, digital channels, and local printing or global site distribution.
3. Internal Communications & Content Calendar
โ€ข Manage an internal content calendar across SharePoint, Teams, and email.
โ€ข Post and update content directly across internal channels.
โ€ข Support social-style internal communications with strong attention to tone, cadence, engagement, and visual appeal.
โ€ข Coordinate reviews and approvals with the Quality Culture Engagement Sub-Team.
โ€ข Deliver ready-to-deploy materials on schedule.
4. Digital Quality Culture Hub
โ€ข Build out and configure the centralized SharePoint Quality Culture Hub, including pages, navigation, web parts, and supporting libraries.
โ€ข Produce and publish Hub content, including patient stories, quality spotlights, short videos, and resource libraries.
โ€ข Own post-launch content refreshes, page updates, and ongoing site maintenance.
Required Qualifications:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Multimedia Production, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
โ€ข Approximately 5+ years of professional experience in internal communications, digital content production, multimedia design, SharePoint site management, corporate communications, or a related function.
โ€ข Demonstrated experience building, updating, and maintaining content on internal SharePoint sites; modern SharePoint Online experience strongly preferred.
โ€ข Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to translate complex or abstract concepts into clear, compelling, visually polished presentations.
โ€ข Experience producing short-form videos, including planning, editing, and delivering promotional or explainer videos.
โ€ข Proficiency with video and design tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable platforms.
โ€ข Strong writing and editing skills for internal communications, intranet content, email, Teams posts, and engagement materials.
โ€ข Experience managing internal content calendars and publishing across digital communication channels.
โ€ข Strong creative information design skills, including infographics, micro-content, animated graphics, interactive pages, and other employee engagement formats.
โ€ข Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, manage approvals, meet timelines, and deliver polished materials ready for deployment.
