A shoring job involves the installation of temporary support systems to stabilize structures, trenches, or excavations during construction or repairs. Shoring is essential for preventing collapses and ensuring worker safety in environments where soil or structural integrity is at risk. Workers in this field set up braces, beams, or hydraulic jacks to reinforce walls, foundations, or trenches. This role requires knowledge of construction safety regulations and the ability to work with heavy equipment.
