Job Description

seeking a motivated network administrator with at least three (3) years of relevant IT experience to support our office locations in north and central Florida. This IT position is responsible for maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. All applicants must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical staff members.

This position requires a clear driving record to support frequent travel to multiple offices within the state of Florida.

This position will work under immediate supervision of the local branch management, regional IT staff as well as rely on established guidelines to perform functions of the job.

General Skill Requirements

Ability to work alone, analyze problems, develop and deploy solutions

Strong problem solving abilities

Document, maintain, upgrade or replace hardware and software systems.

Support and maintain user account information including rights, security and system groups.

Assist in negotiations of vendor contracts and services

Archiving of data and disposal of old equipment

Track software licenses installed on computer equipment
