About the Role


We are seeking a professional, sales-driven Key Holder Sales Associate to join our retail team. In this role, you are the essential link between our product and our clients-delivering an elevated shopping experience, building lasting client relationships, and consistently meeting personal and store sales targets. As a Key Holder, you are also entrusted with securely opening and closing the store and acting as supervisor-on-duty in the absence of management.


You Will:

  • Follow standard operating procedures and complete tasks assigned by Manager
  • Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on fit and product assortment to support selling.
  • Provide attentive, personalized and thoughtful service to every client.
  • Develop and maintain a loyal clientele through genuine, lasting relationships; leveraging Endear on a routine basis.
  • Resolve client concerns professionally to create a positive shopping experience while upholding brand policies.
  • Open and close the store securely, manage alarm systems, and follow all security protocols (Key Holder responsibility).
  • Conduct accurate POS transactions (via Shopify) and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, boutique-level environment and uphold visual merchandising standards as directed.

  • Act as supervisor / manager-on-duty in management's absence.
