DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and highly organized Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of Beddy's marketing campaigns across all customer touchpoints. This role will oversee promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives while ensuring a consistent brand message across email, SMS, website, and other marketing channels.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer, strategic thinker, and collaborative leader. They will work closely with the Creative, Product, Affiliate, and Social Media teams to develop impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the planning and execution of all promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns are strategically planned and executed on time.
  • Create campaign messaging and ensure consistency across email, SMS, website, social media, and other marketing channels.
  • Write, edit, and proofread compelling copy for email campaigns, SMS marketing, website content, landing pages, product launches, and other customer-facing communications.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team by providing direction, feedback, and approvals on campaign assets to ensure they align with marketing objectives and brand standards.
  • Partner with the Social Media Manager to ensure campaigns are effectively translated across all social platforms.
  • Work closely with the Affiliate team to align promotional messaging and campaign timing.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve messaging, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitor customer reviews, AI-generated summaries, and brand sentiment to identify trends, address customer feedback, and ensure brand messaging remains accurate.
  • Oversee website marketing content, including homepage messaging, promotional banners, and other site updates.
  • Manage miscellaneous copywriting projects and maintain a consistent brand voice across all customer communications.
  • Stay informed on marketing trends, consumer behavior, AI search developments, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company initiatives and ensure a cohesive customer experience.
  • Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, content marketing, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong understanding of brand voice.
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
  • Experience writing high-performing email and SMS marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience working with creative teams and providing feedback on design and marketing assets.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
