Job description

At Tapcart, we believe every brand needs a direct relationship with their customers - one they actually own.We are the mobile commerce engine that powers shopping for Shopify's fastest-growing brands. $15B+ in revenue processed. 200M+ shoppers worldwide. Brands like Princess Polly, Béis, Forever 21, and Young LA rely on us to power a large portion of their revenue.
We're a lean team with minimal management and big autonomy. Everyone here builds and code is core to what we do - engineers, product, leadership. We use our own platform, we talk to merchants daily, and we ship constantly. Backed by Shopify, Silver Lake and other top VCs. Profitable and growing
If you want a place where you own real outcomes, not just tickets, you'll fit in.
Why join Tapcart when you have a sea of other options?
  • You love the brands you shop from and want them as prospects
  • You want to sell a product that actually works and is a "need-to-have"
  • You'll have a manager who clears the path, not one who watches every step

Don't proceed with applying if:
  • You don't use AI tools daily to work faster and smarter
  • Ecommerce is new territory for you. Prospects expect you to understand their business
  • You buy your pants from amazon and dont support DTC

What you'll be working on at Tapcart
  • Get in front of the brands building the future of DTC and help them see what a great mobile experience can do for their business
  • Use AI to research accounts, personalize outreach, and create assets that deliver value to your prospect's inbox
  • Bring energy into every call with merchants and teammates alike

You'll be a true owner from first email to signed contract and work side-by-side with Sales leadership, Solutions, and key stakeholders, while staying close to the customer to deliver value early and iterate quickly.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of closing experience in SaaS ecommerce or Shopify ecosystem is required, not a nice-to-have
  • A track record you can point to quota attainment, deal size, what you learned when you missed
  • Comfortable prospecting. You're supported by other channels, but this isn't a pure inbound role.
  • You don't sleep on leads. Ever. You'll get on a plane if that's what it takes.

Salary + Commission
$240,000-$280,000 OTE (50/50)
Benefits
Competitive salary and equity. Medical, dental, vision. 401(k). Flexible PTO. Remote-friendly. Home office stipend. Quarterly merchant stipend. Lots of swag drops.
