Job description

About the Role
Super Organics is a multi-brand wellness and supplement company headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We're the parent company behind a growing portfolio of trusted supplement brands-each built on a commitment to quality, transparency, and products people can feel good about.
We move fast, think creatively, and care deeply about doing things the right way. Our products are made in GMP-certified, FDA-registered facilities, and our team takes pride in building brands that customers trust and come back to.
As we continue to grow across multiple categories and channels, we're looking for driven, reliable people who want to build real experience, make an impact, and grow with us.
We're looking for a fast-moving, reliable Marketing Coordinator to join our in-house team and support marketing across our full portfolio of wellness and supplement brands. This is a hands-on, do-it-all role for someone who learns quickly, executes with quality, and thrives in a fast-paced multi-brand environment. You'll touch a little bit of everything-from paid ads and social content to Amazon listings, product launches, and Shopify campaigns-while coordinating across agencies, designers, and internal departments to keep projects moving.
If you're coachable, organized, and get satisfaction from checking things off the list (the right way), you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
  • Assist with a wide range of marketing campaigns and day-to-day marketing operations across all six brands
  • Coordinate new product launches across brands-from gathering graphic and creative assets to helping set up listings and maintaining launch campaigns
  • Support paid advertising campaigns, video and social media content, and Amazon listing content
  • Help create, build, and launch campaigns on-site in Shopify
  • Develop and organize B2B/wholesale marketing materials
  • Engage with our customer base and community by monitoring social media DMs and brand mentions, and help foster positive brand sentiment
  • Help coordinate events
  • Coordinate with outside agencies and cross-functional departments to keep projects on track and on deadline
  • Work closely with graphic designers and the broader marketing team to bring creative to life
  • Build, maintain, and organize spreadsheets and trackers to keep campaigns and assets in order
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with teammates, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Jump in wherever needed to keep marketing running smoothly and efficiently

Requirements
  • Availability Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, in person at our Ft. Lauderdale headquarters.
  • A fast learner who's genuinely coachable and open to feedback
  • Someone who works quickly and reliably, with consistent attention to quality and detail
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple projects at once
  • Excellent written and verbal communication-this is essential
  • Self-starter who can take a task and run with it without heavy hand-holding
  • Comfortable with the pace and variety of supporting multiple brands at once

Nice to Have
  • Relevant marketing experience is a plus, but not required
  • Shopify experience (building pages, launching campaigns, managing collections)
  • Amazon Seller Central / listing experience
  • General e-commerce background
  • Experience with email/SMS platforms, paid ad managers (Meta, Google), or content/project management tools
  • Familiarity with the supplement, wellness, or regulated-products space

Benefits
  • Health and dental insurance
  • Paid time off (PTO)
  • Yearly performance-based raise
  • Bonuses

Why Join Us
You'll get broad exposure across six growing brands and the chance to build real, varied marketing experience fast. We move quickly, value people who get things done, and reward reliability and quality work.
