A leading Unmanned System Solutions, Technology Integration & Aerial Drone Services company seeks an experienced Account Manager to handle customer account management and business development responsibilities.
You would be implementing a business development strategy to identify new business opportunities, build customer relationships, negotiate and close business deals.
Our corporate office is based in Centralia, Washington. The successful applicant will focus on acquiring additional revenue streams from existing clientele as well as bringing on new customers who can benefit from our diverse product offerings. As Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for meeting monthly and quarterly quotas while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will report to the executive team. We're looking for a sales-oriented professional who values productivity and customer engagement, preferably with an understanding of the drone industry.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
  • This person will be tasked to follow up on leads while also taking the initiative of developing new clients through strong networking avenues.
  • Effective lead generation, followed by outreach through meetings, calls, communication, trade shows, demos, and follow-up, to maintain and build an active pipeline.
  • Developing and implementing sales plans to drive external growth. This will include contacting key decision-makers.
  • Articulate to clients & prospects the benefits of drone technology and solutions while educating them about new ideas and new ways of thinking.
  • Gain and share an understanding of prospect's organization, processes, business strategies, product or service offerings, and decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • 3+ years experience in account management
  • Advanced problem resolution skills and communication abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Familiar with CRM programs, ZOHO & Shopify a plus
  • Ability to anticipate customers' needs and match them with appropriate products and services
  • Comfort with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
  • Meet monthly quotas
  • Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients, and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty
  • Implement strategies for retaining customers requesting to terminate or downgrade their account
  • Record changes to customer accounts, updating service packages, adding accounts, and removing accounts as needed
  • Other duties as requested
