Ecommerce Fulfillment & Warehouse Associate

Company: Blu Monaco
Location: Warminster, PA (Approximately 40 minutes from Philadelphia)
Job Type: Full-Time (W-2)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 5:00 PM
Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour (Based on experience)

No evenings or weekend work required.

Blu Monaco is a fast-growing ecommerce company specializing in premium office and home organization products. We sell through Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Target, and other major online marketplaces.

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Ecommerce Fulfillment & Warehouse Associate who enjoys working with both physical products and technology. This is not a traditional warehouse position. A significant portion of your day will involve using computers, inventory software, barcode scanners, and shipping systems to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

If you're organized, comfortable with technology, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in doing things right the first time, we'd love to meet you.

Our warehouse is clean, organized, and handles primarily light to moderate-weight products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, scan, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Process orders from Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Target, and other ecommerce platforms.

  • Use inventory management software, barcode scanners, and shipping systems throughout the day.

  • Print shipping labels and verify order accuracy before shipment.

  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.

  • Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.

  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

  • Assist with loading and unloading deliveries when needed.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.

  • Support additional warehouse projects, including kitting, labeling, product personalization, and future digital printing operations.

Qualifications

Reliability & Work Ethic

  • Demonstrated history of reliability, punctuality, and excellent attendance.

  • Stable employment history preferred. If you have significant employment gaps, we simply ask that they be briefly explained.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Computer Skills (Required)

This position requires frequent computer use throughout the day.

You should be comfortable:
