Job description

A-Best Swag specializes in helping businesses promote their brands with on-trend promotional products, exceptional service, and creative design expertise. This role focuses on managing and executing product fulfillment for both bulk corporate orders and online merchandise stores. Orders are processed through our internal software as well as platforms like Shopify, so attention to detail and comfort working with systems and spreadsheets is important.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing and fulfilling bulk merchandise orders
  • Managing online store orders from Shopify and other platforms
  • Working with Excel to track inventory, orders, and shipments
  • Preparing packing slips, labels, and shipment documentation
  • Coordinating with our account managers to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
  • Looking for computer savvy and comfortable working with Shopify, Excel, and order management software.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with order management systems and spreadsheets. Experience with e-commerce platforms, shipping software, or fulfillment operations is a big plus.
