Job description

Job Title: Store Manager, eCommerce (Contract)

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday Onsite (11 AM–4 PM required in office)
  • Friday Remote
  • Standard Hours: 9 AM–5 PM

Pay Rate: $25/hour (Non-Negotiable)

About the Role

We are hiring a Store Manager, eCommerce to manage the day-to-day operations of artist and label online storefronts. This role supports approximately 60 eCommerce stores and partners closely with marketing, creative, logistics, fulfillment, customer service, and technology teams to ensure successful product launches, merchandising, inventory management, and customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of multiple eCommerce storefronts.
  • Execute product and store launches.
  • Update product titles, descriptions, pricing, images, and collections.
  • Maintain backend store operations.
  • Coordinate merchandising and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor inventory and restocking activities.
  • Coordinate with fulfillment and logistics partners.
  • Support digital music releases.
  • Analyze sales and inventory reports.
  • Recommend merchandising improvements.
  • Troubleshoot backend and frontend store issues.
  • Coordinate with customer service regarding order issues.
  • Support third-party integrations and print-on-demand services.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.
