Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Enablement Specialist to own and optimize the technical and operational foundation of our e-commerce ecosystem. This role is responsible for ensuring that our Shopify stores, product data feeds, inventory systems, and go-to-market processes run smoothly, accurately, and at scale.
You will act as the key bridge between Digital, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations, enabling teams with reliable systems, clean data, and efficient processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage the Shopify backend across multiple stores, including settings, shipping, tax configurations, inventory locations, and third-party apps.
  • Administer and troubleshoot the Shopify app ecosystem, ensuring performance stability and smooth integrations.
  • Manage and optimize product data feeds to external channels such as Google Merchant Center, Meta, TikTok, marketplaces, and affiliate networks.
  • Align digital inventory with physical stock by managing multi-location inventory, buffers, ERP/WMS syncs, and resolving order flow issues.
  • Lead the operational execution of new product launches, ensuring SKUs, inventory, pricing, and logistics readiness before go-live.
  • Configure and manage pre-order and back-in-stock flows to support commercial strategies.
  • Build, maintain, and improve SOPs for product creation, inventory management, and app usage.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.
  • Ensure strong data hygiene across systems, including SKUs, barcodes, and product attributes.

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, Shopify administration, or digital enablement.
  • Hands-on experience managing Shopify backends and third-party apps.
  • Proven experience with product data feeds and external sales/marketing channels.
  • Experience working with inventory systems, ERP/WMS integrations, and multi-location inventory logic.
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Shopify Flow, Make, or similar.
  • Strong attention to detail, process-oriented mindset, and excellent cross-functional communication skills.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with B2B Shopify setups.
  • Exposure to international e-commerce and omnichannel environments.
