Job description

About Us
AfterShip, a Great Place to Work Certified company, is transforming the global eCommerce landscape. Founded in 2012, AfterShip is a post-purchase SaaS company on a mission to build the world's leading automation platform for ecommerce merchants.
AfterShip unifies shipping & labels, order tracking, AI predictive delivery, and returns management into one system-giving merchants a single place to manage and automate everything that happens after checkout. By centralizing these workflows, AfterShip enables merchants to reduce customer support inquiries, deliver more reliable and engaging customer experiences, and unlock incremental revenue at every post-purchase touchpoint.
AfterShip integrates seamlessly with eCommerce platforms including Shopify and TikTok Shop, and connects with more than 1,200 carriers worldwide. Today, over 20,000 businesses-including Samsung, Gymshark, Mejuri, Dr. Squatch, and Alo Yoga-rely on AfterShip to turn every post-purchase moment into an opportunity to build trust, reduce costs, and drive repeat purchases.
Built for a global market from day one, AfterShip operates with an engineering-driven, internationally distributed team. The company employs more than 450 people across 8 offices, spanning North America, Europe, and Asia, and representing over 20 cities worldwide.
Your Mission:
We're looking for a Agency Partner Manager to help shape how agencies drive growth and success within the TikTok Shop ecosystem.
This is not just another partner management role. You'll work closely with the Manager of Strategic Partnerships and cross-functional leaders to build and scale a world-class agency partner program that accelerates growth through strategic alliances. You'll be the bridge between TikTok Shop, agency partners, and internal stakeholders-defining how we recruit, enable, and grow high-performing agencies that create lasting value for merchants and the broader ecosystem.
From agency recruitment and onboarding to partner enablement, co-selling, and joint go-to-market initiatives, you'll own the full partner lifecycle while helping architect the infrastructure that allows partnerships to scale. You'll develop the frameworks, programs, and incentives that drive long-term engagement and performance across our partner network.
This role reports to the Head of Partnerships and is remote, with a preference for candidates based in Toronto, Los Angeles, New York, or Seattle. Some flexibility in working hours will be required to support agency partners across North America, Europe, and LATAM, along with occasional travel (up to 15%) for partner meetings, conferences, and events.
If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and grow strategic agency partners, building strong relationships with agency leadership and client-facing teams.
  • Develop joint business plans, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies that align partner capabilities with merchant needs and AfterShip's growth objectives.
  • Own the health, performance, and growth of your agency portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact for escalations, engagement, and strategic planning.
  • Design and evolve a scalable agency partner program, including tiering, incentives, certifications, deal registration, MDF frameworks, and partner benefits.
  • Build playbooks, enablement resources, and co-marketing initiatives that make AfterShip the preferred solution across your agency ecosystem.
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue through co-selling, account mapping, lead generation, and close collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Create and scale partner training, certification, and demand-generation programs that increase partner engagement, adoption, and customer acquisition.
  • Analyze partner performance, pipeline contribution, and program ROI, using data and insights to optimize investments, improve outcomes, and inform growth strategy.

Who We're Looking For:
  • 5-7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or agency management, preferably in the TikTok Shop or eCommerce space.
  • Strong understanding of the agency ecosystem (digital marketing, Shopify/TikTok Shop/Amazon/Wal-Mart service partners, etc.).
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partner relationships that drive measurable business impact.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive GTM alignment.
  • Familiarity with CRM and partner management tools (e.g.,HubSpot, Euler, Crossbeam).
  • Bilingual (Mandarin Speaking preferred but not required)

At AfterShip, we know great talent doesn't always fit every requirement. If you're passionate about our mission and believe you can make an impact, we encourage you to apply.
Why You Should Join Us:

  • Flexible Work Setup: We're a remote-first team, meaning by default that employees work from home or on a hybrid-flexible basis in our hub locations (i.e., Toronto, Austin, Barcelona). You're empowered to choose a work setup that works best for you and your team. With flexible hours depending on your time zone, you'll be able to have a schedule that fits your working style and the requirements of your role.

Perks:
  • Competitive compensation
  • Remote-first/hybrid-flexible work setups
  • Healthcare coverage offered from day 1
  • Retirement plans including company match

  • In-office lunch and commuter benefits for those located in our hub locations
