Job description

What You Will Do:

As a member of the Customer Integrations team, your focus will be driving success for our customers. This means: 

  • Participate and run workshops with key stakeholders to fully understand the customer’s integration requirements

  • Configuring system interfaces, operating iPaaS/ETL solutions, and customizing operational tools to support customer data ingestion and a smooth client onboarding process

  • Building analytics and data visualization tools in response to client requests and to support decision making

  • You may need to travel 1-2 times per year to a US warehouse site if a customer launch is sufficiently large or complex

  • Participate in an ongoing on-call rotation

What Skills You Need (Required):

  • 2+ years and hands-on technical experience with Celigo, Boomi, or equivalent iPaaS

  • 1+ years hands-on technical experience integrating Shopify and/or Netsuite

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills

  • Experience calling, testing, and troubleshooting API endpoints 

  • Demonstrable experience querying and transforming JSON structures

  • Bachelor’s degree

What Skills Are Nice To Have

  • Certification in Celigo or Boomi

  • Experience with 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) or other supply chain systems

  • Proficiency with SQL

  • Proficiency with EDI

  • Proficiency with Databricks

  • Proficiency with Python or Javascript

  • Background in finance, data science, supply chain

  • Ability to organize and and lead customers through an integration project
