Key Responsibilities

  • Research product specifications, OEM numbers, cross‐references, and fitment details

  • Write clear, concise product titles, bullet points, and descriptions

  • Organize and clean product data using Excel/Google Sheets

  • Upload and manage product images (cropping, resizing, renaming)

  • Maintain consistent formatting, naming conventions, and brand voice

  • Perform bulk uploads and catalog updates as needed

  • Communicate with management regarding missing information or data discrepancies

  • Support general catalog organization and data‐entry tasks

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience creating product listings for e‐commerce platforms

  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (sorting, filtering, formulas, data cleanup)

  • Ability to write SEO‐friendly titles and descriptions

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Experience working with technical product data or specifications

  • Basic HTML knowledge for formatting product descriptions

  • Strong research skills for verifying product information

  • Ability to follow structured templates and maintain consistency

  • Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

  • Experience with automotive or heavy‐duty truck parts

  • Familiarity with OEM vs aftermarket parts

  • Experience with Amazon flat files or eBay File Exchange

  • Knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz)

  • Basic image editing skills (Photoshop, Canva, GIMP)

  • Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or WordPress product management

Work Environment

  • Small, fast‐moving team

  • Clear processes and expectations

  • Quiet, focused work environment

  • Opportunities to grow into catalog management, SEO, or operations roles
