POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a NetSuite ERP, CRM, IPAAS amp; SQL Analyst to serve as the primary internal owner of Oracle NetSuite ERP and Sales Force CRM as we transition from SAP S/4HANA to NetSuite as our enterprise-wide system. This role replaces traditional ERP functional Analyst (SAP SD, SAP FICO, SAP PP/QM) with a single, technically strong NetSuite expert who can support the platform end-to-end, including scripting, integrations, and system optimization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
NetSuite Ownership amp; Administration
  • Primary internal owner of NetSuite ERP amp; CRM.
  • Configure Financials, Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, Warehouse and Production.
  • Manage roles, permissions, workflows, forms, and security
  • Support month-end close and reporting
Development amp; Customization
  • Develop SuiteScript (1.0 / 2.x) solutions
  • Build saved searches, dashboards, and reports
  • Automate business processes
Integrations amp; Third-Party Systems
  • Own third-party integrations
  • Develop API-based integrations (REST/SOAP, RESTlets)
  • Work with middleware platforms
  • Troubleshoot data and integration issues
ERP Transition amp; Continuous Improvement
  • Support SAP to NetSuite transition
  • Translate business requirements into NetSuite solutions
  • Partner with implementation team.
  • Drive continuous improvement.
Perform additional duties as required to support the department's effective operation.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years NetSuite ERP experience.
  • 3+ NetSuite Full-cycle implementation.
  • SuiteScript 1.0 / 2.x experience.
  • Java or JavaScript knowledge.
  • Python, MySQL
  • ERP integration experience
  • Understanding of Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Financials, Inventory, Warehouse, eCommerce integrations and EDI.
  • IPAAS Celigo

WORK ENVIRONMENT amp; PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS
  • Full-time position, Monday through Friday on-site.
  • Standard work hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
