Part-Time/Full-Time | $17-$20 per hour + Incentives

Robertson Madison is a premier attainable luxury boutique offering a carefully curated collection of contemporary men's and women's fashion from leading American and European designers. We are seeking a passionate, fashion-forward Stylist & Sales Associate to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who loves fashion, enjoys building meaningful client relationships, thrives in a luxury retail environment, and is motivated by achieving sales goals. As a key member of our team, you will help create exceptional shopping experiences while contributing to the continued growth of our business.

What You'll Do

Client Experience & Personal Styling

·       Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.

·       Build lasting relationships with clients through personalized styling and wardrobe consultation.

·       Develop and maintain an active client book through outreach, follow-up, appointments, email, text, and social media engagement.

·       Create complete fashion looks tailored to each client's lifestyle and needs.

·       Provide expert product knowledge, including fit, fabrication, trends, and styling recommendations.

Sales & Business Development

·       Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.

·       Drive revenue through in-store sales, special orders, and eCommerce opportunities.

·       Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and increase repeat business.

·       Stay informed on current fashion trends, emerging designers, and market opportunities.

Boutique Operations

·       Assist in day-to-day store operations and website maintenance.

·       Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.

·       Process sales transactions accurately and responsibly.

·       Support inventory management, receiving, merchandising, replenishment, and markdown execution.

·       Monitor merchandise performance and provide feedback on customer preferences and product opportunities.

Marketing & Events

·       Assist with planning and execution of in-store events, trunk shows, and promotional activities.

·       Represent Robertson Madison at trade shows, buying appointments, and community events as needed.

·       Create engaging content and support the boutique's social media presence.

Qualifications

Required

·       Passion for luxury, contemporary, and designer fashion.

·       Strong understanding of men's and women's apparel, styling, and current market trends.

·       Proven ability to build relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.

·       Sales-driven mindset with a history of achieving goals.

·       Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

·       Comfortably use technology, social media platforms, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.

·       Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

·       Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to contribute wherever needed.

·       Availability to work Saturdays and occasional special events.

Preferred

·       Previous experience in fashion retail, luxury retail, personal styling, or clienteling.
