Holley Performance Brands is the powerhouse behind some of the most iconic names in automotive performance. For over a century, we’ve fueled the passion of car and truck enthusiasts with innovative products, legendary brands, and a commitment to performance. From the racetrack to the street, we’re driven by a shared love for speed, power, and pushing what’s possible — and we’re building the next generation of digital experiences to match that same energy.

About The Team

At Holley Performance Brands, our Customer Experience Marketing (CXM) team is shaping the future of Holley’s 360° digital retail experience. We help customers connect with the right products across Holley’s brands, stores, distributors, and partners. Our goal is simple — create personalized, data-driven experiences that build lasting relationships between brands and their customers.

About The Role

The Product Owner, eCommerce will manage and optimize Holley’s Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) eCommerce channel, reporting to the Director of eCommerce. This hands-on, operational role focuses on executing the DTC product roadmap, enhancing the customer experience, and driving measurable results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The Product Owner serves as the liaison between business and engineering, responsible for writing and translating business requirements into actionable technical stories and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams. This individual will also play a role in enhancing internal processes for greater efficiency and may support CXM leadership in developing business cases for innovative technology initiatives that advance Holley’s digital commerce capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Roadmap Execution: Implement and prioritize the DTC eCommerce roadmap, ensuring alignment with Holley’s strategic goals and customer needs.
  • Business Requirements Management: Develop, document, and translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering and development teams.
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the primary link between CXM, marketing, IT, and technology teams to ensure business needs are accurately reflected in technical deliverables.
  • Feature Development: Partner with development teams to design, build, test, and deploy new features, maintaining a robust testing culture within Agile processes.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows across the DTC business.
  • Transformation Agility: Demonstrate adaptability in response to evolving organizational structures, priorities, and communication methods.
  • Customer Experience Optimization: Leverage retail best practices to improve UX/UI design, site performance, and the overall customer journey.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze and interpret key performance metrics to optimize eCommerce operations, drive satisfaction, and achieve revenue growth.
  • Innovation Support: Assist CXM leaders in writing business cases for emerging technologies and future digital retail innovation.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in eCommerce, product management, or a related field, with at least 3 in a hands-on operational role managing DTC or retail eCommerce channels.
  • Proven experience acting as a liaison between business and technical teams to deliver successful digital product outcomes.
  • Experience working within an Agile framework, contributing to collaborative story writing and cross-functional sprint planning.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and retail best practices.
  • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across business and technical stakeholders.
  • Confident decision-making ability, with a balance of independence and teamwork.
  • Demonstrated adaptability to changing processes, priorities, and organizational structures.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for efficiency and process improvement.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with automotive aftermarket products or related industries.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and customer journey optimization.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in eCommerce and digital retail.
