  • Beratung von Kunden zur Einführung von neuer Software oder IT-Lösungen
  • Anforderungsmanagement
  • Erstellung von technischen Feinkonzeptionen, Aufwandseinschätzungen und Dokumentationen
  • Konzeption komplexer und skalierbarer Applikationen (Systemarchitektur-Entwürfe)
  • Planung, Umsetzung und Betreuung von IT- und Software-Projekten mit Kunden
  • Qualitätssicherung und Testing
  • Coaching und Schulung von Kollegen
  • Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit und Weiterentwicklung der Kunden
  • Laufende Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden in der Digitalisierungsstrategie
Das wünschen wir uns von dir
  • Ein erfolgreiches Studium der Informatik, Medieninformatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Consulting oder IT-Projektmanagement sowie gute Kenntnisse in der Webentwicklung
  • Optimalerweise Erfahrung mit E-Commerce oder Plattform-Systemen wie Shopware, Oxid eSales, Ibexa oder vergleichbaren Systemen sowie allgemein im E-Commerce
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-, PIM-, MAM-, CRM-Systemen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Projektmanagementmethoden wie Scrum, Kanban und Milestone-Projektmanagement
  • Von Vorteil sind Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools wie zum Beispiel Jira und Confluence
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Wichtig sind Soft-Skills wie Organisationstalent, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit und Sorgfalt
