The TikTok Shop Operations & Growth Manager oversees the day-to-day management, optimization, and growth of the TikTok Shop business. This role combines operational ownership with strategic growth initiatives to improve store performance, customer experience, and revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end TikTok Shop operations, including product listings, inventory coordination, promotions, and store health.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, conversion rates, and customer retention.
  • Optimize product pages, content strategy, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage TikTok Shop backend operations, ensuring accuracy of product information, inventory availability, and store compliance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, customer service, fulfillment, and merchandising teams.
  • Support livestream commerce initiatives, creator partnerships, and affiliate programs.
  • Monitor KPIs including GMV, conversion rate, traffic, customer acquisition cost, and ROI.

Qualifications
