We are seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead our service team and help deliver the dependable, high-quality support our customers count on.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will:

  • Lead and support Service Utility personnel, Field Service Technicians, and Shop Technicians to promote teamwork, accountability, safety, and strong performance.
  • Ensure customer equipment is diagnosed, serviced, and repaired accurately and efficiently while maintaining high standards for workmanship and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with the Service Manager to coordinate workflow, address service priorities, and help the department achieve its performance and customer service goals.
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and ongoing development of service department employees.

What You Bring:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer systems and service management software
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with previous supervisory or team-lead experience in a service, repair, or similar hands-on environment.
  • Ability to safely lift and carry up to 75 pounds as required to perform the essential duties of the position.
