About the Opportunity
We are partnering with an established aerospace and precision manufacturing company in El Segundo seeking a dependable and organized Tool Crib Attendant to support its shop and manufacturing operations.
This opportunity is open to both entry-level candidates and individuals with previous tool crib, inventory, warehouse, stockroom, or manufacturing experience.

You do not need to have previously held the exact title of Tool Crib Attendant. Candidates with experience handling tools, materials, inventory, parts, equipment, or manufacturing supplies may have highly transferable experience.

What You'll Do
The Tool Crib Attendant will help ensure manufacturing employees have the tools and materials they need while maintaining accurate inventory and supporting the preparation and care of tooling.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Manage and maintain tool crib inventory
  • Issue materials and perishable tooling to shop and manufacturing employees
  • Track tools, materials, and supplies as they are issued and returned
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment
  • Receive, organize, stock, and properly store tooling and materials
  • Maintain accurate inventory and tool control records
  • Perform cleaning of tools and tooling components
  • Perform laser etching using an automated machine
  • Operate automated equipment according to established procedures
  • Prepare tools for the vacuum brazing machine
  • Assist with the preparation, handling, and organization of tooling throughout the production process
  • Identify damaged, worn, missing, or depleted tooling and report discrepancies
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe tool crib
  • Work closely with machinists, production employees, and other shop personnel
  • Follow established manufacturing, safety, and quality procedures




What We're Looking For
