Automotive Shop Foreman
RESPONSIBLITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Duties include but are not limited to:
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Automotive Shop Foreman for our Quick Lane department to lead daily shop operations while actively assisting technicians with diagnostics, workflow, and repairs. The ideal candidate has strong general repair experience across multiple vehicle brands and can balance leadership, productivity, and quality control in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily workflow and technician productivity
  • Assist with advanced diagnostics and complex repairs
  • Ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Support and mentor technicians of varying skill levels
  • Coordinate with service advisors and management on repair status and scheduling
  • Perform inspections and final quality checks on completed work
  • Help maintain shop organization, equipment, and cleanliness
  • Stay current on repair procedures and industry technology
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of automotive repair experience preferred
  • Previous foreman, lead technician, or shop leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
  • Experience working on multiple domestic and import brands
  • Knowledge of electrical, drivability, suspension, brake, engine, and transmission systems
  • Ability to manage workflow and lead a team effectively
  • Valid drivers license with clean driving record
  • ASE certifications are a plus
  • PA Safety and Emissions Certification
Schedule
  • Full-time

  • Occasional overtime as needed
