Job duties include, but not limited to:

  • Oversee each assigned project

  • Ensure construction work complies with contract requirements and meets project schedule

  • Review construction project plans, specifications, and shop drawings

  • Issue Purchase Requests to buy raw materials for fabrication.

  • Process RFI, and change orders

  • Manage and schedule shop drawing processing, shop fabrication, and field installation

  • Communicate and coordinate with clients and inspectors to ensure project is progressing smoothly

  • Attend construction site meetings

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or equivalent

  • Great attitude towards individual performance and teamwork.

  • Able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.

  • Able to understand Architectural Drawings and Structural Drawings.

  • Able to read and write clearly and concisely in English to describe technical / mathematical / geometric / spatial objects and situations.

  • Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus but not necessary
