  • Install residential heating and cooling systems while maintaining top-quality standards.
  • Adhere to strict guidelines, ensuring all work meets or exceeds mechanical inspector requirements.
  • Provide friendly, accurate information and home comfort options to clients.
  • Consistently meet or exceed company productivity goals.
  • Present invoices and collect payments per company policy.
  • Complete and submit all paperwork and payments accurately and on time.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and respect client spaces by following cleanliness policies (e.g., wearing shoe covers in homes).
  • Keep company vehicles in excellent condition according to Fleet Management Policy.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and service quality.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team success.
