Key Responsibilities

Senior Master Technician

  • Solve advanced diagnostic problems beyond standard guided procedures
  • Research unfamiliar systems and develop diagnostic strategies

Qualifications

Senior Master Technician

  • 10+ years of professional automotive experience
  • Advanced automotive diagnostic capabilities
  • Michigan State Mechanic License required
  • ASE Master A1โ€“A8 and L1 certifications required
  • Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of makes and models
  • Ability to work independently from diagnosis through repair

A-Level Technician

  • 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
  • Advanced automotive diagnostic capabilities
  • Michigan State Mechanic License required
  • Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of makes and models
  • ASE Master A1โ€“A8 certifications preferred
  • Testing and continuing education required

B-Level Technician

  • 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience
  • Automotive diagnostic ability
  • General repair, brakes, steering, suspension, timing, and maintenance experience
  • Michigan State Mechanic License required
  • Ability to work independently while continuing to develop technical skills
  • ASE certifications preferred; testing and continuing education required

Compensation & Benefits
