Job description

This is a role for physical therapists who value clinical reasoning, autonomy, and depth of care.
At VSI Physical Therapy, physical therapy is fully integrated into a collaborative spine and musculoskeletal care model. Therapists treat complex cases in a 1:1 setting, with the time and support to think, reassess, and treat the whole human-not just the diagnosis.
You'll work with patients presenting with:

  • Spine pain and post-surgical cases
  • Complex scoliosis, instabilities, and myelopathies
  • Central sensitization and chronic pain
  • Multi-joint, vestibular, TMJ, headache, and concussion conditions
Adjunctive technologies are offered to support care including BFR, shockwave, laser, aquatic treadmill, hyperbaric oxygen but sound clinical judgment remains central.
This environment is built for therapists who:
  • Value quality over volume
  • Enjoy complex problem-solving
  • Want autonomy within a collaborative team
  • Are committed to long-term clinical growth

If you're looking for a place to practice thoughtful, patient-centered physical therapy, we'd love to connect.
