Job description

You will serve as a PRODUCTION PROJECT MANAGER (either as an Electrical/Electronics Zone Manager or as a Sail Zone Manager) at PEARL HARBOR NAVAL SHIPYARD (PHNSY) & IMF of Detachment Guam (PDG).
A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 11.88% will be added to the stated salary.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying principles, concepts, and practices related to shipyard work operations, control system requirements, trade and shop practices; analyzing, evaluating, and adjusting project resources, work operations equipment and facilities against current and future schedule work requirements; and coordinating work plans and working with a variety of different trades and technical processes.
